can I cancel my order?

Oops, you cannot cancel your order if it has already been fulfilled and shipped. orders are processed instantly and are fulfilled within 1 business day in most cases.
If you absolutely need to cancel, please contact within 24 hours from placing your order and a CZND team member will check your eligibility.

do you say C-Z-N-D or sussend?

Welp, it’s neither. it’s actually pronounced /ˈsēzənd / just like the seasons of the year.

what does CZND mean?

Our vision is to create “seasonal” collections and products with our partners that you can relate to. Some products last all year round, some just a few months. Like seasons, we want to make sure you look forward to your next favorite thing!

what does it mean to place a preorder?

Preorders are orders for items that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. you just get first pick! the item will be reserved for you and mailed as soon as it is ready to ship usually within 2-3 weeks after the preorder has ended. your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase to ensure your reservation.

what payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal.

is my payment secure?

Yes. PayPal uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are safe.

I need to change my shipping address. How do I do that?

how do I track my order?

When the order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number as well as your order details.



Orders ship monday - friday (with the exception of Holidays) from sunny los angeles, ca. please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process, and 1 business day for expedited orders.

how long does it take to ship?

A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

once the package is processed, it will deliver within these timeframes:

Priority Mail*

2-3 business days

Express Mail*

1-2 business days


Varies by location, and may take up to 14 business days.


*If you need immediate delivery for your order, contact Priority and Express Delivery Shipping Orders placed after 3 PM PST will not ship until the next business day.

how much is shipping?

Domestic and International, including Priority and Express, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

are customs and duties fees included in the International shipping fee?

Unfortunately at this time, it is not included. All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more info.



what is your return policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however if you are unsatisfied with the fit or size of the item, we’ll gladly accommodate an exchange within 14 days from receiving your order if it is in stock (exceptions apply). Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout.


I ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. can I edit my order?

what happens if my item is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, we will honor an exchange within 14 days from when you received it, if the item is in stock. Please contact to speak with our care team.

I received the wrong size/color. Who do I contact?

Please contact us at and include the order number. We will send you a return label that is highly recommended to use when shipping back the items to us.

how long do I have to return my damaged item or request for another size?

You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange from the date you received it.

what do I need to include with my return?

We kindly ask you include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you’re returning. Please state the reason for return. Returned clothes must be in new, unworn condition.

do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds and all sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at checkout prior to finalizing your purchase.

my package was lost/stolen. what do I do now?

Unfortunately, once the package is marked delivered, CZND cannot be held responsible for the actions that precedes it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on CZND.  If you wish to insure your package, please select PRIORITY MAIL for your shipping preference at checkout.  Your package is insured up to $5,000 and it is included in the Priority Mail shipping cost
