do you say C-Z-N-D or sussend?

Welp, it’s neither. it’s actually pronounced /ˈsēzənd / just like the seasons of the year.

what does CZND mean?

Our vision is to create “seasonal” collections and products with our partners that you can relate to. Some products last all year round, some just a few months. Like seasons, we want to make sure you look forward to your next favorite thing!

CZND X SOLUTIONS PROJECT

20% of proceeds from all pins sold will be donated to The Solutions Project to support their mission to amplify the ideas and energy of the people working at the frontlines of the climate crisis. 

What does it mean to place a pre-order?

If your order contains a pre-order product, please note that we will hold the ENTIRE ORDER until the pre-order item is available to ship. Payments for orders containing a pre-order item will be charged at the time of placement. Unfortunately during this time we cannot split or combine any orders. If you have not placed your order yet and would like your non pre-order items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders. Pre-orders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks after the preorder has ended.  If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at help@cznd.co. 

ORDERS

Orders ship monday - friday (with the exception of Holidays) from sunny los angeles, ca. please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process.

how long does it take to ship?

Orders will ship out within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order. A shipping notification email with tracking information will be sent out as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow 24 - 48 hours once you receive this link for tracking details to update.

Does CZND ship internationally?

We’re happy to share that we do ship internationally! Please note that custom and duties fees are not included in the shipping fee and you may be required to pay upon delivery.

are customs and duties fees included in the International shipping fee?

Unfortunately at this time, duties (customs tariffs) and taxes (VAT) fees are not included in the cost of your order and CZND cannot reimburse for these costs. All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes.

For international shipments (excluding Canada), we are only able to ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for paying the required duties (customs) and taxes (VAT) upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carriers may not release the package without payment for duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more info.

can i cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. You cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, regardless of shipping status.

i need to change my shipping address. how do i do that?

If you need to change the address on an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible either via our contact page or directly at help@cznd.co.

We will not be able to make changes if a shipping label has been created, or an order has shipped. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier to inquire about making any adjustments to delivery.

If a wrong address is entered, CZND is not responsible for packages that are shipped and delivered to the wrong address, and refunds or replacements will not be provided. Please double check all information before placing an order and again when you receive your confirmation email.

what payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet.

is my payment secure?

Yes. Stripe and PayPal use the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are safe.

Returns/Exchanges

what is your return policy?

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order at CZND.co prior to finalizing your purchase at checkout.

I ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. can I edit my order?

If the order has not yet shipped, you can email us at help@cznd.co and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

what happens if my item is defective?

If you receive a defective item, we will honor an exchange or store credit within 21 days from when you placed the order, if the item is in stock. Please send a request to help@cznd.co.

I received the wrong size/color. Who do I contact?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us at help@cznd.co within 21 days of placing your order and let us know. We'll send you a pre-paid return label to send back your original item and invoice, and process a new order for you ASAP.

my package was lost/stolen. what do I do now?

Unfortunately, once the package is marked delivered, CZND cannot be held responsible for the actions that precedes it. USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class International Mail do not include insurance for its packages - which is the standard delivery option for most products on CZND. If you wish to insure your package, please make sure that Route+ is applied at checkout. If you insured your order with Route+, please use the separate email sent by Route+ to file a claim directly with them. More information about filing a claim with Route can be found here.
